ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Completed a full brand refresh across all marketing materials to attract new fans to a classical music festival in the mountains. The long established Bear Valley Music Festival is known for being a unique classical music experience high in the Sierra Nevada. The classical music, family events and pop concerts make the two week long festival into an approachable and fun event for all.
As Director of Marketing & Visual Communications work primarily focused on doing a full brand refresh of all print and digital collateral material. This included establishing new brand guidelines to be utilized by interns and 3rd party advertising vendors. After rollout of new guidelines, all internal collateral was revised as well as all outside marketing assets. The culmination of the redesign was the custom printed season program. The program included pertinent details on each concert throughout the season, notes about each movement, and headshots of key musicians in the orchestra. It was also central to annual fund raising efforts.
